The law firm of Thagard, Reiss & Brown, LLP was established in 1998 and is currently engaged in the practice of general casualty insurance defense litigation in the Superior Courts of California, the District Courts of Nevada, as well as all Districts of the Federal Courts of California and Nevada. Among the senior members of the firm, there is in excess of one hundred years of experience in all aspects of civil litigation, including extensive trial work in both the state and federal courts.

The firm emphasizes defense representation of clients in complex construction defect litigation and catastrophic personal injury, in addition to a varied defense practice in areas including toxic tort litigation, product liability and business litigation. The firm has achieved an AV rating from Martindale-Hubbell.
